Meet at 11:00 at the covered reservoir on the top of the common Grid Ref. SO855012.
Black Ditch has a series of springs on the edge of the common which have some interesting plants including Flat Sedge, Blysmus compressus and Whorl Grass, Catabrosa aquatica. There is also Juniper, Juniperus communis nearby as well as a rich calcareous flora.
Bring food and drinks. The meeting will be finished by 4.00pm
