Meet at the metal barrier just off the Pludds Rd. We
will drive in to the site to park using a hard forest road.

Leader: Kate Wollen (contact Jane Price 07866 044937) – Back by popular request! Kate will
give us a tour of the beaver enclosure. An interesting site where we will see signs of beaver
occupancy and activity. This, teamed with Kate’s extensive knowledge provides a wonderful
insight in to these ecosystem engineers. It is recommended you wear wellies if you wish to enter
the enclosure. For those that do not wish to attempt the slippery slopes there is still plenty to see
from the forest road.
