A general walk mainly looking for birds during this migration period. Following on from our previous walk with WWT, we’ll look at the new planned saltmarsh project. Also a chance to use footpaths that will soon not exist where they are now!
Duration: allow 3 hours
Meet: River carpark, Newnham 10 am. SO693 120 lung.crowbar.geek
Due to local sensitivity, we will car share and then walk from Awre village. Please be prepared to car share.
Following public footpaths, we’ll walk out to the sea wall and take the loop via Normanton to return to Awre, a distance of ca.7km.
