Meet at 11.00am. Parking on roadside at ST758943 or nearby.
The walk will start from the path by the ‘junk yard’. Hopefully we will see the tail end of the early spring flowers (such as golden saxifrage) as well as main seasonal ones. The route will look at the flora coming up in the recently cleared and thinned areas of the wood as well as the more mature sections. Please note some of the tracks will likely be very muddy (unless we have a drought through March and April), so mud and puddle proof footwear recommended.
Bring food and drinks. The meeting will be finished by 4.00pm.
