The next Zoom meeting is a talk to be given by Dr Julia Webb. Course Leader for BSc. Biology, Wildlife Conservation Biology and Zoology at the University of Gloucestershire on Wednesday 3rd April 2024 – “The Natural History of Murder”

Did you know that pollen not only plays a role in the fertilisation of plants, it also is used in fighting crime? Dr Julia Webb speaks of her work with UK police forces where evidence from pollen has been key in solving cases. Definitely a meeting for fans of Agatha Christie and murder mystery crime novels in general –  this should be a very interesting and different take on the world of natural history.

Trigger warning: This talk speaks candidly of serious crimes.

Please sign in around 7.15 pm for a 7.30 pm start – you are of course all welcome to sit in on this – the link for the meeting is: and the passcode (if required) 001983
